Holiday Inn Express & Suites

Hotel was nice and clean. Good location for access to Hilton Head. Stayed in Bluffton mostly for the weekend. Room was well kept. A few dings and dents on the furniture. Breakfast was better than other holiday inn locations I've stayed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Michael from the front desk was very friendly and had a welcoming smile. He made it easy to feel welcomed since we were far from my home in Texas. I highly recommend this beautiful location and welcoming staff.

The rooms were matinee daily. There was some rust stains in the tub... Breakfast choices were good. Fresh cookies and popcorn in the afternoon was a treat. It sites in a crazy spot...

This Hotel was very clean. Very nice. The front desk help was very polite and kind. The Hotel had a usual as expected Holiday inn express breakfast. The hotel is in a great location. I would recommend this Hotel based on the staff, cleanliness and location.

Just stayed 1 night Dec 29, The stay was great, all the staff were great. Front desk Sherri and another woman can't remember her name starts with Tob ?? Pleasant, the breakfast staff so nice. The room was clean and had everything you needed. good hot water, the shower even had shelves to place your soap and shampoo, good ac/heat, great products in the room, Dove products, Angel soft TP, and Real Kleenex tissues. Soft pillows and firm, Free parking, free breakfast, which was good and decent. Coffee, tea, cookies, popcorn free, great location. nothing bad. would stay again.

We’ve stayed at Holiday Inn at least four times now, and it’s always been a great place for us. Very convenient location with plenty of food choices nearby, plus a Target close by which makes things easy. There’s even a pizza spot right around the corner with a great salad and wings. The front desk staff has always been friendly, the breakfast is good, and overall it’s a comfortable stay. Pricing is usually fair — sometimes a little higher depending on the season — but they do a good job working with you if you’re a member. Highly recommend.

I loved this hotel from the moment I walked in. Front desk attendant was on the phone but acknowledged my presence immediately. The floors are white and looked spotless. The place looks immaculate! My room was spotless. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good in my opinion. I also love the fact that the day I check in, I recieved a message from the hotel asking if everything was OK in my room. Also recieved another one throughout my stay asking if there's anything they can do to make my stay better. I will definitely be going back to stay there.

In a prime spot near a lively plaza, this hotel is also perfectly positioned directly across from Walmart and Sam's Club, offering a unique blend of convenience and excitement. Upon arrival, I was delighted by the immaculately maintained lobby area, which featured a complimentary coffee bar, freshly baked cookies, and fruit infused water, creating a sense of joy and anticipation. The staff consistently displayed a warm and friendly demeanor, facilitating effortless conversation and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with Hilton Inn Express and Suites and highly recommend it, rating it 10/10, a true gem of hospitality.

First impressions first, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by staff that proved to be extremely helpful and friendly. This continued over to the other shifts and included the kitchen and maid staff. Our room was spotless and very large and accommodating for our family, choosing a suite was a great option. The gym was nice and cool and clean. The pool was well maintained. We left with zero complaints and will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Oh and it’s so close to stores and a few dining places that tend to be popular with teens if you have a few with you.
